Ethics & Wildlife Management

Nature is unpredictable and wonderful. As biologists, our priority is the welfare of species and environmental education.

Sighting Probability

When working with wildlife in freedom (not zoos), there is a natural probability of not finding them. This depends on environmental conditions and the biological behavior of the species.

No Refund Policy: We invest time, fuel, and professional effort in the search. If for natural causes there is no sighting, there will be NO refund of the amount paid.

Respect & Regulations

  • If wildlife shows evasive behavior or is in vital activities, we will withdraw out of respect.
  • We strictly follow the Official Standards (NOM) for observation.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT TIPS to harass, chase, or get too close to animals. It goes against our professional ethics.

Weather & Navigation

Tours operate with normal rain. We only cancel if the Port Captain officially closes navigation (due to hurricanes or strong winds).

In case of official closure, we will offer a date change or refund. We will notify you immediately.

Responsible Traveler Manifesto

"You can travel thousands of miles to meet your dream species, but if on that occasion you weren't lucky enough to see them, don't worry: they were living freely in their habitat.
Enjoy their environment and responsibly encourage the care of their areas so that, on your next visit, they are still there for you."
